It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Marty Pilkington effective April 1st, 2022. Marty has served the Northeast as a Paramedic Practice Coordinator since the CPC’s inception in 2009, overseeing the Cochrane, WAHA and Timiskaming Paramedic Services. Previous to that, Marty was the long time manager for the Timmins Base Hospital Program.
Also officially retired is Performance Measurement Lead Jim Scott after having returned to us in a post-retirement capacity for the past several years.
Both Marty and Jim have significantly contributed to the Prehospital Care system for decades and their contributions have helped to shape the system as it is today. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them both for their devoted service and wish them all the best in their future!
