There was virtually no dead time at the beginning of the call as the system connected my call to the phone app. The Physician picked up after one ring and the line was crystal clear for both of us to hear and the Sudbury Paramedic Service ePCR platform had updated to include his CPSO# so I didn't even need to write it down. I really appreciated how fast the entire encounter went; it was seamless.
